we got a room on the 7th floor with a sea view, the view was perfect. and on Sunday morning, sampan for breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. the beach nearby is wonderful and close

Great staff and perfect location. Close to everything.

Poor WiFi, the mattress hurts my back and the pillow is flat. Just fix the WiFi.

Proximity to the beach.

Night receptionist upon arrival not pleasant, a bit rude. A few hair in the toilet. Passable breakfast. 2 single beds attached instead of a double. Parking available only on the street. Slow/Adequate Wi-Fi.

The staff is not polite and they focus only to German speakers. The furniture in the room is old and not good looking at all. Smell is bad in the rooms.

Wonderful

Good location close to the beach and shopping street, the food was good especially on friday when is special dinner, the room was clean with the beautiful view and the renovated bathroom.

Noise from night program (but this is understandably due to location). Missing kettle on the room.

We had a lovely stay and would consider staying there again.

Close to the beach and town. Rooms were spacious and light. Had a nice pool area. The food was a good standard with plenty of choice.

The reception staff didn’t seem as friendly as the front of house and cleaning staff. Mainly German music playing.

Staff very abrupt didn’t really want to engage with English people One of the staff parked her car outside hotel and bumped my car. No damage but when I confronted her she wasn’t interested and the same was said the the staff on reception Disgrace couldn’t give a dam about it

Perfect location - we love that it's minutes away from the beach! Food - it was delicious and well-prepared

Internet - annoyingly super slow to a point that you have to use your own data. Shower - inconsitent water temperature. It suddenly from cold to hot then vice versa. Balcony - there's not much division in between rooms, so you can see the ones from either side. Beds - there's no option for double size bed; so we got two twin beds that separates in between over time.

Very well located. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes walk and the shopping street is right around the corner. Very clean and super friendly staff!

There is no privacy on the balcony because the walls inbetween are really low so that you can look into the room next to yours.

Good value hotel in great location.

Overall a good hotel. Food was good, staff very helpful and friendly and a great location. Hotel was also very clean.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and maybe more toiletries. Also we were a bit surprised you couldn’t hire towels for the pool and had to provide your own.

Heart of the Cala Millor, very good location. Beach, shops, restaurants are all around. Beach is only 250m away, parking could be found nearby the streets. Breakfast, breakfast, BREAKFAST! BEST of the best, cheese, meat, coffee, cereals, fruits. Everything is crazy fresh and tasty. Buffet unlimited. Great sea front view, wide balcony with table and chairs,shower, A/C, clean bed dressing. The pool is spacious and cozy, with children area and jacuzzi. Gym is open Best option for Cala Millor!

No complimentary water in rooms, but you can buy it right down in an adjacent supermarket.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, with a great location near the beach and enjoyable meals.

The location was convenient, and the meals were enjoyable.

This was the second time we had holidays here. This time, the room was on the first floor, above storage near the restaurant, and the floor was cold. Unfortunately, I had concerns about the cleanliness of the towels.
